The
rent
is for the house per week, Saturday to Saturday,
and includes the cost of gas for cooking, electricity, final cleaning charge and
weekly linen change, including swimming towels.

Maximum Occupancy
There is a strict limit of 6 guests. The house is not
suited to more, so please respect the limit.

No smoking.
Steps and stairs in the house
and garden are quite steep, and the garden is on a slope. Please exercise
judgement as to the suitability of the property for young children and the
less mobile or elderly. No children under seven.
