The ground floor consists of a

The upper floor, reached by an

wide steps go down into the garden, which is in fact an organic olive grove with various
places to sit and gaze at the view. The sounds of convent and church bells
punctuate the hours, whilst below the busy Flaminia still leads to Rome.
