The ground floor consists of a
comfortable living/dining room with a cosy wood-burning stove, and a modern
kitchen with dishwasher etc. Both rooms have French windows leading onto a
loggia and terrace. A wide stone staircase leads down to the garden and pool.
There is also a utility room with
WC, washing
machine, basin and bidet on the ground floor.
The upper floor, reached by an
internal staircase, has two double bedrooms served by a shower room with
washbasin, bidet and WC.
There is a further twin
bedroom leading to a small study with French windows to balcony with
outstanding views. Fully tiled
bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC.
The house has full central
heating and is strictly non-smoking.
The garden is mostly an organic olive grove. It has several
sitting places for bosky contemplation, and is securely fenced.
The panoramic 5m x 10m
swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of La Maliarda,
has tiled terraces on two levels with loungers and
a pergola with shaded seating.
Depending on the weather,
the pool should be open by mid-June until
early-September. The pool is changed twice a week . The pool is open and unfenced. Please
bear this in mind with children who cannot swim. All swimming is undertaken at
guests' own liability.
